It is our honor and privilege to announce Tammy Hudson Jenkins as our 2022 Westmoreland Chamber of Commerce Citizen of the Year!
-
A couple of years ago Tammy stepped forward with a community vision to organize a team that would decorate our downtown during different occasions and holidays and to organize events that would draw people together into the community. With that vision and the support of the city, she organized a team called 37186Smiles. Several very talented people joined in her vision to serve and beautify our town with every holiday change.
Tammy has remained committed as a leader of 37186Smiles as she has coordinated activities with the Chamber of Commerce, the Lions Club, and the VFW. Through her leadership, 37186Smiles has organized
food and craft vendors for our largest community events such as the annual Christmas Parade, Trunk-or-
Treat, and Freedom Fest to name a few. She also recently organized the much-needed "Christmas for Kids". Tammy is quick to share the successes and appreciation with a team that has made a difference by bringing creativity and beauty to our city.

For several years, Tammy has also been a positive influence and coach in the community pee wee basketball program. Her involvement has impacted many children in their love for basketball while learning the importance of healthy competition and teamwork. We are glad to call her a difference-maker in the City of Westmoreland, Tennessee!
